About the Community Satisfaction Survey

We're always looking at ways to improve as a Council. That's why every two years we conduct our Community Satisfaction Survey.

Taverner Research Group will be contacting residents by phone from Wednesday 1 May until Sunday 26 May, asking a random sample of 400 people to take the survey. We use this information to evaluate how satisfied the community is with our services and to identify where we can make improvements.

If you don't receive a phone call, but would still like to fill out the survey, you can fill it out online.
