About the Community Satisfaction Survey

We're always looking at ways to improve as a Council. That's why every two years we conduct our Community Satisfaction Survey.

From Wednesday 1 May until Sunday 26 May 2024, Taverner Research Group phoned a random sample of 400 residents to take the survey. We use this information to evaluate how satisfied the community is with our services and to identify where we can make improvements.
