The Plans of Management for Keith Fletcher Park were formally adopted by Council in April 2021. You can view the Plan of Management on Council's website.

Keith Fletcher Park is a public reserve at Warilla. The park is bounded by Grove Circuit, Woolworths Avenue and Commerce Drive and has an area of 2.70Ha.

The Warilla Library was constructed in 2019 at Keith Fletcher Park on the corner of Woolworth Avenue and Commerce Drive.

The key objectives of the draft Plan of Management are:

• to encourage, promote and facilitate recreational, cultural, social and educational pastimes and activities; and
• to provide for passive recreational activities or pastimes and for the casual playing of games; and
• to improve the land in such a way as to promote and facilitate its use to achieve the other core objectives for its management.
