About the Strategy

We heard your thoughts about the draft Shellharbour Property Strategy (the Strategy) thank you to all who contibuted.

The purpose of the Strategy is to ensure that Council's property portfolio (ie what Council owns) is strategically aligned with its service delivery objectives (ie what we want to deliver to the community), and community expectations (your expectations!)

Property must be managed and refreshed to ensure it effectively supports changing services and community needs and priorities, so the strategy outlines our approach and principles for the management of our property assets.

On 15 December 2020, Council endorsed the draft Strategy for public exhibition.
