As part of the upcoming Warilla Seawall renewal project Council has engaged consultants to complete several studies on the soil composition of the existing foreshore area in order to finalise the design of the new seawall.

As a safety precaution, during these works, Council will be temporally closing the shared path that runs along Warilla Beach between Tom Strong Reserve & Elliot Lake commencing 9 February between 8am – 2:30pm. It is expected that the works will take 3 days (weather permitting).

Traffic Control will be in place during these hours to notify users of the closure.

Access to Warilla Beach during the share path closure is available via Bucknell Street.
