The Waterfront Centre, located at Shell Cove is a two-storey community building located in a prominent location fronting the harbour and "kids beach". Smart Design Studio designed, the vision is to provide a vibrant cultural heart to the centre of Shell Cove that brings together the local community and visitors of the Waterfront.

This architecturally designed community building will house:

• The Shell Cove Library
• Flexible areas for functions, meetings, study, reading or workshops
• The Visitors Information Centre (VIC)
• Fully accessible lift
• Charging stations and WIFI
• Public amenities
