About the Boatyard:
The Boatyard will be a significant addition to the Waterfront precinct, offering not just a marine maintenance facility but also creating possibilities for retail and tourism.
Features of this new site will include:
- Dry boat storage for vessels up to 10m, holding a minimum of 120 boats within a large enclosed shed
- Boat haul-out facilities & jet washing
- Chandlery spaces
- Café
- Office and retail spaces
- Public use carpark
Once completed the project will create employment opportunities and provide a full suite of boat maintenance and storage opportunities, helping connect commercial and recreational boating opportunities between Sydney and the NSW South Coast
