Review of Ward Boundaries

Council has reviewed its ward boundaries in preparation for the 14 September 2024 local government elections.

At the Ordinary Council Meeting on 15 August 2023, Council endorsed a preferred ward boundary plan to be placed on public exhibition.

Submissions were sought from the community on:

  1. The preferred ward boundary plan.
  2. The current ward boundary names: Ward A, Ward B, Ward C, Ward D.

The ward boundary plan was on public exhibition from 22 August 2023 to 19 September 2023. Based on community feedback received during the exhibition period, we adopted the new Ward Boundary Plan for the 2024 Local Government Election.
