A Draft “Review of Environmental Factors” (REF) that we have been working on has been prepared in accordance with the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979.

This Draft REF, is currently being reviewed by relevant teams, including environment, regulation, compliance, lifeguards and city planning.

Once finalised, a Council report will be prepared to recommend preferred options for endorsement and public exhibition.

Following the exhibition and depending on its outcomes, another Council report may be required for final approval.

Any conditions of approval will be required to be implemented prior to opening any area.
