REF's are all about measuring the potential environmental and social outcomes of the change and preparing council and the community for how these will be managed. The kinds of impacts we assessed include but are not limited to:

• An impact on the community (social).
• Any impact on use or conflict between community uses of the area.
• Concerns of the community on impacts on the environment
