Our libraries refreshed

It is an exciting time as we work toward delivering the objectives of our Library and Museum Strategy.

We completed a refresh of Oak Flats Library in 2021, both inside and out, creating a more welcoming and modern space for the community.

In 2019 the Mayor officially opened the Warilla Library, located at the corner of Woolworths Avenue and Commerce Drive (behind Warilla Grove Shopping Centre). You can read more in the media release.

As part of the library renewals you may have noticed that we have upgraded our systems. Introducing new technology, programs and systems that may look different. They work a little differently too, but they are easier to use and you can do so much more!
