Terry Reserve Playground is open!
The new playground at Terry Reserve is open! Featuring a brand-new piece of equipment for the city in the form of a wheelchair accessible seesaw, the amenities have been given a fresh makeover.
Based on your feedback, we've designed a park that caters to a variety of ages and user groups, a park where both locals and visitors can meet, play and enjoy.
Key elements of the playground include:
- Shaded Tower and shopfront
- Accessible Seesaw
- Kanga Rocker and Voice Tubes
- Premium swing double bay
- Shade sails
- Native trees & shrubs for natural shade
- Multiple seating areas, both formal and informal
- Fitness equipment
- Water station

About the project
Terry Reserve Playground Albion Park (Grey Street) is a 'local' park located within an active regional park. This location has lots of activities for all age groups.
The current playground will be renewed and Council asked to hear from the community about what the space might look like. Thank you to those who provided feedback helping us create a space for everyone to enjoy!
